LIFE CHRISTIAN
New Student Admission Process
Thank you for your interest in Christian education. We not only
prepare students for the future but also for eternity. Below you
will find the steps necessary for enrollment.
1) Application forms are submitted with the application fee {please
refer to current rate sheet for 2008-09}. Application forms
must be completed in their entirety. Forms submitted without
the application fee will not be accepted.
2) Please include the following when submitting the
application:
- Previous two years report cards.
- Previous two years standardized testing results.
- A current transcript for high school applicants that includes
all of their high school course work.
- A current report card for applicants K-8.
3) Reference letters are requested by Life Christian from references
supplied on the application (current teacher, pastor, non-relative
adult). Must be in our possession before testing and the interview
can take place.
4) Placement testing for all applicants in K-12 will be scheduled
by Life Christian. An interview by the school level principal will
be scheduled for applicants in grades 6-12 after testing has been
completed and all forms received.
5) Completed applications will be given to the Admissions Committee
for approval. An application is considered complete after placement
testing is finished, all reference letters and other school information
is received, and the student interview has taken place.
6) The registration fee is due when an applicant has been
accepted for admission.
Life Christian operates on a selective admissions process. Applications
are NOT processed on a "first come - first served" basis.
As applications become complete, and if all parameters are equal,
priority is given first to active Life Center member families and
to other siblings of current families.
